• Streamlined and accelerated the coordination of a team of four architects on-site and 12 staff members remotely for the largest mixed-uses project ever taken by the firm (Seattle – 3 months).
• Managed a remote team of four architects and delivered the full documentation set and BIM models for a student housing project (Denver – 6 months).
• Created «Corbis Goes Green,» an initiative to promote environmentally friendly practices within the company.
• Spearheaded a whole-building environmental performance audit for the headquarter office.

• Managed the LEED certification for a 70,000ft2 retail building under major renovation while still in operation.
• Prepared and assigned budgets of interior renovations and infrastructure renewal.
• Oversaw the correct compliance of consultants, manufacturers, construction workers and managers in regards to the LEED norms and standards.
• Performed energy efficiency calculations to comply with credits.
